A producer with a comprehensive understanding of 2D and hybrid animation pipelines, and how to navigate each stage of production and its challenges. Through this experience and her background in concept development, she is confident to lead large teams of creatives collaboratively through production.

Throughout this project, I learned so much about the production process and taught myself a lot of the skills that it takes to be an effective and strong leader. I watched the films around me from my peers and mentors and took constant notes on what was working --or not working-- for them, and implementing it in my own way to my own projects.
I was the producer for this project throughout pre-production and set the film up for production before I shifted gears to producing my senior thesis, Alienated!
Google Account
The first thing that I did when starting this film is create a Google account to store all of files and send all of our official communication from.
File Structure & Storage
For pre-production, we used Dropbox as our file hosting and sharing service, as the crew at the time was mostly comprised of fellow SCAD students who had very easy access to the service.
As we have shifted gears into production and our crew has become international and multi-collegiate, we have transitioned to using Google Drive fully to be more accessible.

I created an extensive Masterlist for the production, creating a single file that has many of the resources and answers any of our crew may be looking for was enormously helpful and the sheet has only evolved and grown as I myself have throughout the film. These screenshots are of the working file as we start production.

Communication
For the majority of our communication, I set up a Discord server and organized it so we can easily see what everyone is working on at a time. I have found that this platform also makes every aspect of the film more accessible to every member of the crew and allows for more ideas and better communication to flow!

Drawing Guides
I spent quite a lot of time creating detailed guides for Animation and Layouts, as well as supplementary guides that focus on props, effects, characters and environments as well. I plan on creating a base production guide as well to keep our online team all on the same page!
