I was the producer for Studio Homestead's opener, which will play before all of our future episodic and short film projects. It was intended as a "proof of concept" of the new studio and I helped to establish some of the workflows and resources that could be used in all future productions.

For the Opener's production, I organized the film using the Google Suite. I set up the Google Drive to organize our film's 2D and 3D assets, and make sure things were quickly and efficiently accessible, as well as easy to pass of to other team members.

Communication
We primarily used Discord for our communication, both written and for meetings. We also used SyncSketch for visual critiques. I set up the entire Studio's discord and the specific channels for the Opener's use.

The Future
The opener has marked Studio Homestead's official debut into the animation industry. The opener is live on YouTube and we have two short films in the works (The Juniper Tree and Vamp & Time) and some more episodic things on the horizon!
